Telesales training pricing is based on up to 12 delegates being trained at your premises.
However, the number of delegates attending does not change the price of a training day.
All courses run from 10:00am until 4.00pm.
Training courses are invoiced on the day you book a date and due within 14 days to confirm your booking.

How to arrange multi-company Telesales Training:
We often receive requests for single delegate training, especially from small companies with the foresight to want to improve in their telesales techniques.
Pricing has to stay the same because we still need to deliver the same training and incur the costs we do for training 12 delegates.
Because of this, a number of clients have arranged “Multi-company telesales training”.
If you have business contacts, suppliers, customers or know of other companies in your region that would be interested in low-cost per delegate training, then we are happy to deliver the same course in one location if you can create interest from multiple companies.
You receive a full invoice to our nominated point of contact and you collect the individual course fees from the delegates that attend.
