The Telephone Skills course is predominantly for businesses making out bound sales calls. If you or your team handle predominantly inbound sales calls our customer service training would be more suitable.

Our website links to EventBrite where you can choose to pay via PayPal or credit card. Alternatively you can pay by invoice by simply emailing us your details.
#3: I am very experienced in this field, is this course suitable for me?
The courses are recommended for any level of experience or ability.
#4: How many delegates will be on the course?
We usually have approximately 12 attendees on each course.
#5: What is the duration of the course?
The duration of the course is 9:30am– 3:30pm. Lunch break is at 12:30.
#6: Can I book more than one attendee on the course?
Yes certainly. Though if you want to book more than 6 attendees it would be recommended have the training onsite at your business.
